Biography
Born and raised in Motherwell and lived here all my life. I've been a ‘Well fan since I was six, even though I didn't come from a football supporting family and my childhood hero was Kenny Dalglish! Career-wise I've done a few interesting jobs, from managing 5-a-side football centres to running my own property company. I'm still involved in property now amongst other ventures.

I've had the privilege of working for Motherwell previously as Commercial Manager, in what must have been the most eventful year of the club's last 25. From the tragedy of Phil's death, the Gretna groundshare and the pitch postponement debacle; to the Old Firm Cooper debate and qualifying for Europe. It was a real eye opener.

I play for one of the Motherwell supporters' teams, Fir Park Corner FC, although I'm approaching 40 and very much the oldest player by some distance. I'll try to keep playing until my legs tell me otherwise!

Where do you sit at Fir Park?
Cooper Stand

What does your average matchday look like?
Up with the lark to play with Fir Park Corner FC, take our opponents for a few beers locally, then maybe Daniels pre-match. Meet up with some great friends who sit around me behind the goals for the game, invariably lose my voice win, lose or draw, then a possible victory pint in the Centenary or Daniels!

What was the first Motherwell game you attended?
Can't remember exactly, but have a vague recollection of Morton or Queen's Park at Fir Park around 1976

Who is your favourite Motherwell player of all time?
Can't decide between Stevie Kirk and Joe Wark

Who's your current favourite?
Ruddy

Best Motherwell game you've been to?
1991 Cup Semi replay with Psycho's goal - Motherwell 4 Celtic 2

Worst Motherwell game you've been to?
I'm sure we beat Livingston one nil at Fir Park about five years ago and I had a guest from England at the match. I spent the rest of the day apologising to him about the dreadful game that was served up.

Hopes for the team for the season ahead?
Top six is realistic, Scottish cup final is hopeful, and permanent signatures from Ruddy and Jutkiewicz

Hopes for the Trust over the next year?

Regain the respect of a broad spectrum of Motherwell fans of all ages, to achieve a membership that ensures that the Club takes the Trust seriously, and to have a calendar of events that create great memories for ‘Well fans.
